2010 Season Weekly Rates

Low Season:
May 1 - June 27, after Sept. 5
$2,500.00 (includes taxes)

High Season:
June 27 - Sept. 5
$3,300.00 (includes taxes)

Discount of 10% given for multiple week booking.

Sunday-Sunday
check-in/check-out in high season.

Stays less than a week available during low season.

Exchange Rate
Reservations: A deposit of 25% confirms your reservation, payable by cheque or PayPal.

Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your reservation 45+ days prior to your arrival, your deposit is refundable, less a $50 handling fee. If you cancel <45 days prior to your arrival, your deposit is non-refundable. The exception to the non-refundable deposit is if you book a different week in 2009 or 2010 (if available), and provide full payment for the changed date, at the time of change.
